1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by Med-Mastery Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") — including Med-Mastery, Prep-Mastery, Prep-Mastery India, and Prep-Mastery UK — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Med-Mastery Inc. provides mobile applications and web-based tools for exam preparation. Our services include:

• Practice question banks with detailed explanations
• Full-length simulated exams
• Study notes and learning materials
• Adaptive spaced repetition study scheduling
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Anki-compatible flashcard export
• Social features including study challenges and leaderboards

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Our apps offer a free tier with limited access to practice tests, full-length exams, and study notes. The free tier is available indefinitely.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Premium and Pro subscriptions unlock additional content and features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. We do not process payments directly.

4.4 Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance. Early adopters may be grandfathered at their original price as described in promotional offers.

5. Educational Disclaimer

• Our apps do not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
• Content is for educational and exam preparation purposes only.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any exam board, licensing body, or certification organization unless explicitly stated.
• Exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell your account access or our content
• Copy, reproduce, or scrape question content for use outside our apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our applications
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our services
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through social features
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our applications — including questions, explanations, study notes, graphics, UI design, and software — is the property of Med-Mastery Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for personal educational purposes only.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit content through our services (e.g., study group messages, challenge names), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

9. Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date exam preparation content. However:

• Exam formats, content, and guidelines change. We update our content regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
• If you find an error, please report it through the in-app feedback feature or email us.
• Our content is created using AI-assisted processes with human review. Despite rigorous quality checks, errors may occur.

10. Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features or content at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Change exam coverage, add or remove exams

We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med-Mastery Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or exam outcomes, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Med-Mastery Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
